SpiritWorks of Virginia was invited to participate in the 2005 Annual
NGA-East Wellness and Work/Life Fair, held at NGA Headquarters in
Bethesda, MD. The Fair was an interactive and educational way for NGA
employees to get information on a variety of topics to improve health,
wellness and quality of work/life.
The Fair featured information on major health topics, alternative therapies,
NGA resources, health screenings, low-fat food samples and seated
massage.
Randy was able to display the 25' Chakra Labyrinth and the 12' 5-Circuit
design (known as SpiritWorks 1). A general Labyrinth handout was
provided as was information on the Chakra Labyrinth.
Several people walked the Labyrinths and all copies of the handouts were
distributed. One senior NGA analyst enjoyed the Labyrinth so much, he is
building one at his vacation property in West Virginia.

Doing this event myself, I couldn't take the time to take pictures of me
talking with people about the Labyrinth. I also refrain from taking pictures
of people walking the Labyrinth.
My thanks to Maribeth for allowing us to present, and hope we are invited
next year (and maybe even NGA-West).
